Dr. Kate Jackson provides psychotherapy in a holistic and open minded framework.

She encourages deep introspection and action oriented solutions to everyday problems, as well as life crises and other unexpected hurtles and/or tragedies. Creating a non judgmental space that aids in personal empowerment and meaningful purpose filled answers to life’s questions is Dr. Jackson’s specialty.

Dr. Jackson works with all populations, from children (ages 10 and up) to adults, couples and families. Her areas of expertise lie in helping individuals understand issues of anxiety, depression, listlessness, low self-esteem, insecurities, and relational/ communication problems.

Dr. Jackson is a trained telehealth professional who can provide remote therapy sessions.
